BIG MOON ENERGY
Big Moon Energy returns with three special flavours during the week of Mid-Autumn Festival.
Our specials rotate every week and are greeted with much fanfare from those in the know, each with its own story and inspiration behind it.
In honour of the holiday, we have created three flavours running the week of 17 September.
OVER THE MOON - lotus seed paste gelato, salted duck egg custard with crumbled mooncake biscuit – a literal take on the mooncake, deconstructed down to its traditional components, the Messina way.
SUPEAR MOON - pear and osmanthus wine sorbet, highlights one of Autumn’s most beloved flowers, osmanthus, paired with pear to bring out its floral aromas.
TUEN TUEN YUEN YUEN - Roasted peanut gelato layered with sesame coconut peanut praline and mochi pieces, represents uniting with family and friends.
Mid-Autumn special flavours are available the week of 17 September at the Pottinger Street gelateria.
