Messina Launches Two New Hong Kong Exclusive Flavours
Messina fans rejoice! On 29 April, we bid goodbye, at least for now, to Tofu Fa and Jack of All Fruits and welcome two new Hong Kong exclusive flavours crafted by Chef Karys Logue and the Messina team. First up, is Salted Duck Egg Dulce, a dulce-based gelato layered with salted duck egg purée and topped with crunchy egg yolk crumbs. Up next is a cha cha teng classic with a twist, introducing Hong Kong French Toast, a light peanut butter gelato layered with condensed milk and chunks of bite-sized, syrupy French toast. Welcome in the warmer weather with something sweet and try these new flavours from Messina.
