Ever since the very beginning, we have been obsessed with making the best gelato we can, using the highest quality ingredients we can get our hands on. We work with a handful of amazing suppliers for everything. And it got us thinking, could we produce anything ourselves? We have since expanded to our own hazelnut and honey farms in Australia with the aim to ensure the best quality raw ingredients, in addition to making all our own chocolate and dulce de leche in-house.
