  • When you collect this cake from store, it will come frozen, but we recommend eating at a warmer temperature for the best eating experience. You have a couple of options:

    Eating it same day?
    - Take it home (or to your party!) and pop in the fridge. It will taste great even if it's been out of the freezer for up to 3 hours so great if you're travelling or going somewhere with limited fridge space
    - Cakes stored in your fridge will last 2-3 days
    - Once stored in the fridge, please do not return to the freezer, just polish it off

    Eating it a later date?
    - Pop it in your freezer until the day you're planning to eat it. When you're ready to eat, place in fridge for around 3 hours before serving (if you've got no fridge, you can leave on the bench top for approx. 1 hour for the same effect)
    - If you don’t eat the whole thing, keep it in the fridge, and it will last 2-3 days
    - Cakes stored in your freezer will last up to 3 months *they're still good to eat but not quite as good after 3 months...

  • To enhance the flavours and assist in cutting, the cake should be removed from the freezer and placed in the fridge 15-30 mins before serving. Always use a hot, sharp knife and ensure you wipe off any excess water to prevent depositing ice crystals on the cake.

    Cake board (base) –22.5cm
    Cake – 21cm (diam) x 12cm (H)

  • 當您從店舖領取蛋糕時,它會是冷凍狀態,但我們建議待溫度稍為上升後享用,以獲得最佳口感。你可以參考以下建議:

    即日食用?
    -將蛋糕帶回家(或帶到派對現場)後,放入雪櫃保存。即使蛋糕離開冰櫃長達3小時,依然能保持美味,特別適合攜帶外出或前往雪櫃空間有限的地方。
    -存放在雪櫃的蛋糕可保存2至3天。
    - 一旦放入雪櫃,請勿再放回冰櫃,直接享用即可。

    稍後食用?
    - 將蛋糕放入冰櫃,直到你計劃食用的當天。準備食用時,請提前約3小時將蛋糕移至雪櫃解凍(如果沒有雪櫃,可以放在室溫約1小時,效果相同)。
    -如果未能一次吃完,請將剩餘部分存放在雪櫃,可保存2至3天。
    -存放在冰櫃的蛋糕最長可保存3個月 *3個月後仍可食用,但口感可能稍遜。

  • 為提升風味層次並方便切件,建議在食用前15至30分鐘將蛋糕從冰櫃取出,放置於雪櫃中解凍。切蛋糕時,請使用預熱過的鋒利刀具,並確保擦去刀上多餘的水分,以免冰晶沾到蛋糕上。
